• Required — company name, contact name, phone number, enquiry details
• Optional — company address, fax number, email address, website address, attachments (such as a business card scan)

b. Generated automatically while using the service

• IP address, access date and time, browser type and version, service usage records

Personal data is collected only through the enquiry form on this website. The Company does not operate a membership sign-up process.

2. Purpose of collection and use

• Preparing quotations and replying to enquiries
• Arranging site surveys and visits
• Communication required to conclude a contract and carry out construction
• Managing enquiry history and handling defects and aftercare
• Preventing abuse and maintaining service stability (automatically collected data only)

3. Retention and use period

Personal data is destroyed without delay once its purpose has been achieved, except in the following cases.

• Enquiry records — 1 year after the consultation ends
• Where a contract is concluded, retention required by law:
  • Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription — 5 years
  • Records on payment and supply of goods — 5 years
  • Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution — 3 years
  • Records on labelling and advertising — 6 months
• Website access logs — 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

The Company does not provide users’ personal data to third parties, except where the user has given prior consent, or where required by law or by an investigative agency following the procedures prescribed by law.

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal data. Requests may be made in writing, by phone or by email to the officer named below, and the Company will act without delay.

7. Destruction of personal data

• Procedure — data whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay. Data that must be kept under law is moved to separate storage and destroyed once the statutory period ends.
• Method — electronic files are deleted by technical means that make recovery impossible; printed material is shredded or incinerated.

• The number of staff handling personal data is kept to a minimum and access rights are managed.
• Administrator passwords are stored using one-way encryption.
• HTTPS encryption is applied across the entire website.
• Access logs are retained and protected against forgery.
• Documents containing personal data are stored in a locked location.

9. Cookies

The Company uses session cookies to maintain your connection state and to prevent forged requests. Session cookies are deleted automatically when the browser is closed. You may refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some functions such as the enquiry form may then not work correctly.

12. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy takes effect on 7 September 2026. Any addition, deletion or amendment will be announced on this website at least seven days before it takes effect.
