Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the information and consultation services (“the Service”) provided on the website operated by EN-LIL Interior Design (“the Company”), together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and the user.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • “Website” means the internet site operated by the Company to provide the Service.
  • “User” means anyone who accesses the Website and uses the Service under these Terms.
  • “Enquiry” means a request for a quotation or consultation submitted through the online form on the Website.

Article 3 (Effect and amendment)

  1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Website.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason at least seven days before the change takes effect.
  3. A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service.

Article 4 (Scope of the Service)

  • Providing project references and company information
  • Receiving and replying to online enquiries (requests for quotation)
  • Providing sector-specific construction information and trend material
  • Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)

The Company may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, communication failures, natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons. Notice will be given in advance where possible, and without delay afterwards where it is not.

Article 6 (Enquiries and quotations)

  1. Users must provide accurate information in the enquiry form.
  2. The Company may request a business card or other proof of business identity, and may decline or suspend a quotation where this cannot be verified.
  3. Any figures or schedules shown on the Website are indicative. A final quotation is issued separately after a site survey and discussion.
  4. The Company is not liable for disadvantages arising from false information entered by the user.

Article 7 (User obligations)

  • Impersonating another person or entering false information
  • Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Interfering with the stable operation of the Service (excessive automated requests, distribution of malware, etc.)
  • Transmitting advertising material for commercial purposes
  • Any other act contrary to applicable law

Article 8 (Copyright)

  1. Copyright in all photographs, drawings, text and designs published on the Website belongs to the Company or the rightful owner.
  2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish or create derivative works from this material without the Company’s prior written consent.
  3. Copyright in material submitted by a user with an enquiry remains with the user; the Company uses it only for consultation and quotation purposes.

Article 9 (Limitation of liability)

  1. The Company is released from liability where the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure, including natural disasters, power failure or communication outages.
  2. The Company makes every effort to keep published information accurate, but is not liable for decisions made in reliance on that information alone. Please confirm specifics through consultation.
  3. The Company does not intervene in, and is not liable for, disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

Article 10 (Protection of personal data)

The handling of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from use of the Service are subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on 7 September 2026.
